Definition of E-commerce
E-commerce (EC) or electronic commerce is buying or selling goods online. It refers to buying or selling goods online using a credit card or other internet services.
Internet transactions occur through website between business-costumer,costumer-business, business partner-business partner, costumer-customer.
History of e-commerce starts with 1960s USA when business companies started to share with each other business documents using Electronic Data Interchange.
The first online transaction occurred in August 1994, when a man sold disk to his friend using online platform. Huge rise of e-commerce revolution begins from the rise of eBay and Amazon.

Is process between consumer,bank system and seller. Transaction occurs at the bank web page.
- Product description
This is one of the most important part of the e-commerce. Seller provides all specific information about the item.
Including product name,category, price, image,sizes and other descriptions of product.
- Orders management
Includes all private information about consumer and order shipping information.
- Shipping
Include information about shipping cost, track number and logistic company.
